How to use Non-Duality for Anxiety

Anxiety often feels like being trapped in a storm of thoughts — the mind running ahead, spinning stories, and convincing us that danger is near. Traditional approaches to anxiety teach us to calm the storm: breathing exercises, grounding, reframing thoughts. These are all valuable. But non-duality invites us to look deeper, not at the storm itself, but at the sky in which the storm arises.

Non-duality begins with a simple recognition: you are not your thoughts, not your feelings, not your anxiety. Rather, you are the awareness in which all of these experiences appear and disappear.

Below is a thoughtful and accessible video on how to address anxiety with Non-Duality thinking.
